My name is Catti and my passion is designing and creating imaginative 3-D cakes for Birthdays, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Jewish Parties, Christening, Retiring and for the future mother's lovely souvenirs to give to your family and friends. I am preparing these cakes in my kitchen, everything is home made, the most important ingredients are marzipan (mixed with some other products that gives it great flavour and brilliant colours) the other one is home made sugarpaste ( rolled fondant ). The cake is madeira ( white or chocolate ). The fillings are ganache (chocolate ) truffé, with nuts, coconut, white chocolate, butter cream and lots of other delicious ones. I am an english/french spoken. I can deliver in Geneva area and neighboring France with a fee.
